Here are some points:
They're both from Macon.

In the comic books, Glenn ocasionally says he had financial issues before the apocalypse, saying that he was broken and all.
Vince kills a guy and goes to jail for "helping his little brother*. EDIT: Also, before dying, the guy said "I don't even know your brother."
- The guy who Vince killed could be someone charging Glenn and threatening him, so Vince took care of him to help his family.

The thing is they don't look the same to me. Usually siblings have a similar facial structure and I just don't really see it. But good theory and points I guess :P

No, they're not. Telltale can't change something that significant about a comic character. Kirkman wouldn't like that. He already made Telltale separate the game's Lilly from the comic's Lilly because he didn't like the backstory TTG gave her.

It'd be kind of cool if Glenn's brother were to show up in the comics, but ultimately unnecessary.

Vince uses the same model as Glenn, you can say sort of a re-construction to it so it would be Vince instead of re-creating a whole new model. I know how Telltale rolls baby

No, there is no good reason to believe they are brothers. They could be, but I doubt it. They're both asian, but they come from a fairly good sized town, there are probably a few asian families. And Glenn never mentions having a brother. He lasts a long, long time in the comics, you think he would have mentioned him at some point, especially to Maggie. Also, Glenn's only legal trouble was that he would sometimes steal cars when he couldn't make rent some months. It hardly seems like something that would have to escalate to Vince having to murder someone to protect him..

This theory isn't as stupid as some people think. Their backstories line up closely enough for it to be totally possible, they'd just have to fill in some of the blanks (the true extent of Glenn's money problems, why he never talks about Vince ect.) It's all a question of whether or not Telltale and Kirkman want to go this route, which I doubt they will since there's no practical reason to do so
That's wrong, Lilly got changed because the novel for woodburry came out, and they forgot about Lilly in the game and how she was officially cannon. Kirkman decided it would be easier for the game to lose the connection instead of the book being re-edited.
Could be just a lazy generic re-used head model for him maybe slightly different, although your thoughts coincide with mine. Vince is a badass though and i was dissapointed not to see him much in season 2 hence the generic head theory. But episode 5 could do him justice if he is even involved.

They do look kind of similar (Vince is even based on Glenn's model, I think), and it has nothing to do with them both being Asians. That's like you say:
'They can't be brother's because they're both American, and that's racist.'
They do look like they could be related. I look nothing like my younger brother, even though we're both German and of the same parents :P
