Season 1 Case File on ebay

Well, hot off another search of the ebay, I found this little gem. It comes with the Season 1 Case File, and a copy of Season 1 on DVD. The case file is the real prize here as they are not sold anymore. Both the Case File and the Game have been opened though. As always, here is a link to the auction and a picture of the Case File. I know I may be missing out, but the Case File doesn't really interest me and I've got a copy of the game, so I'm staying out of this one. Later

    But don't you have to first allow Telltale to buy the case file back for $1 before you can sell it? (Like an Oscar?)
