Wallace and Gromit - Licence Data Error?

Hey All,

Just bought the Wallace and Gromit series, downloaded and installed the first episode. However, when I start it up, I get a window pop up saying "Could not write license data! Please Contact Customer Support for further instructions."

What do I need to do to fix this problem?

    Hey Matta, what operating system are you on? Are you running as administrator? And while I'm at it, what are your system specs?
