Why only able to shoot Mike in PS3 version?

Kinda stupid to limit that option to just the PS3, did they ever explain this?

    It was a mistake, kennysucks. It was supposed to be changed.

    I didn't get that option and I have it on PS3..........

    They probably fixed it already..

    Also, did you pull up a gun on Mike? You shoot him as he approaches you.

    If you call for Jane and Kenny, Arvo just shoots you.
