Touch an drag doesn't work

In the very first part of twd season 2 when i go in bathroom i can't move because touch and drag doesn't work !!

    Did you try using the WASD keys?

    We believe to have resolved the issue on iOS devices. Please close the game application fully on your device, then restart the game while connected to a WiFi network connection, and the application should update with the latest content automatically in the background with the patch needed to allow you to move Clementine.
