Anti-spyware Software is Blocking Sam and Max

edited April 2009 in Game Support
I recently got Sam and Max: Season 2. I have been playing the downloaded versions (love them, by the way), but today my DVD came in, so I installed that. When I was attempting to install it, my resident Spybot-S&D program blocked the autorun.exe on the disk, claiming that it contained "Fraud.VirusDoctor," so I had to install it by running setup.exe directly. Now the same thing is happening when I try to run the individual episodes from the splash screen. And, when I told Spybot to ignore autorun.exe, the games still would not play. I can't find anything about this problem on the forum. Does anyone know what is going on?

I have Windows XP-64, fully updated.
My anti-virus software is avast!, and it is also fully updated, and I have recently run a virus scan.
I am also using Spybot-S&D v.1.6.2.46, and the resident program is running.

Does anyone have any ideas? I am still having trouble with this.

Also, in the large building in Europe in the 3rd episode, there is no music playing. Is this normal?
