Of course not. They use SecuROM, so there are licensing limitations; however Telltale is pretty loose about the restrictions that they apply. Of course, don't abuse it, and don't pirate their games - we want Sam and Max Season 3, and if no one buys them, how will they fund that?
I for one think that their prices are pretty generous, so you really have no excuse to pirate their stuff.
Demonfoo is right. We use an activation server that has a cap on the amount of activations but installing it on a couple computers is not going to hit it. So if you use more than one computer feel free to install it on all the ones you use. You did buy it.
