Wallace and Gromit won't run

The Launcher opens alright, even if it takes a few moments to start, but when I press the "Launch Game", a white block filling a quarter of the screen and an error message pops up saying "WallaceGromit101.exe has stopped working" and it shuts down.

I use Vista, by the way, I fill the minimum requirements and had no trouble with any of the Sam and Max or Strong Bad games.

I apologize if this has already been asked, but, if so, I couldn't find it.

    Have you tried running it in Compatibility Mode? I noticed that Vista 64-bit isn't supported and compatibility mode isn't even mentioned. Unfortunately for you you have bought the game and maybe using Vista 32-bit. Fortunately for me I haven't bought the game yet and probably won't unless I learn how I can likely successfully run them (Wallace & Sam both) with Vista 64-bit.

    Have you tried re-downloading and re-installing the game. It could be a bad download. Let me know if that works.
