Just a question - W & G no activation?

Hi there

A quick question.
After I installed W&G I didn't have to put in my seriel number or anything, but I could still play.
Why is that - I thought it was needed for activation of the game?

Is it because I once had the demo installed?

    Have you unlocked other Telltale games on that computer by logging in? If yes, the next game tries to unlock automatically for you. It doesn't always work but in this case it sounds like it did.

    Hmm, no - I haven't unlocked any other telltale games on this computer.
    Not after a fresh Vista install any way - except the demo :)

    And I don't think being locked into the forum could do the trick - very weird, lol.
    But I'm not complaining.. just mystified. :D

    It could be related to the demo. We made some changes to how the activation works with Wallace & Gromit and to be honest I don't know all the details. :)

    But I checked your serial number and it has been used once, so it would appear that it worked like it was supposed to!
