Ugh, Sound Problems!??

So i got W@GGA Ep1 today on my newly fixed pc and the sound i choppy! :mad: Wallace kind of sound like this " Ohoh it is Workworkinging.."
How Can i fix this?

    Try turning your graphics quality and screen resolution down. Your computer is probably struggling to play everything at once.
