Hopefully they will accommodate everyones choices for the Season 2 ending, even if it only effects the first 20 minutes of the first episode. It has to count for something.
If Kenny is alive at the end, and you stay in Wellington, then Wellington should be overrun after a small time (few months) skip, Molly is there, but dies, and as Clementine escapes, she discovers Kenny never went far and is with Christa, who came to Wellington looking for Clementine.
If you left with Kenny, you should meet Christa as she is on her way to Wellington.
If Jane is alive at the end, and you invite the family in, then there should be another small time skip, and at Howes Hardware, a new community has been developed, although much smaller than Wellington, and Jane has slowly turned into Carver, risking lives of innocents, and even killing a member of the family, to which Clementine responds by killing Jane. Then she leaves the community after a struggle for power leaves many dead.
If you reject the family, then after a small time skip, another herd should overrun the store, forcing them to flee, in which Jane is killed.
If Clementine is alone with AJ at the end, then there should be another small time skip, in which we see that Clementine has been alone on the road with AJ for months. When she notices Christa wandering through the woods.
Two protagonists I'd be interested in laying would either be Lilly - as she overcomes some intense guilt after committing an impassioned murder and grief dealing with the murder of her father - or Christa - dealing with the loss of her husband, child, and Clementine.
I'd also be interested in playing some short moments as a zombie or as a character that's been bitten to learn a little about the tortured condition of those creatures… do the zombies still contain some consciousness but are unable to control themselves? What are they actually seeing out of those dissociated eyes and hearing out of those rotting ears?
In my playthrough, I'm with Kenny at the end, and as Edith says she doesn't think there's anyone named Christa in Wellington, I'm hoping perhaps Clem and Kenny will come across her, reunite. I also really want to know how Christa would react to AJ, and I want to hear how she lost the baby.
i think they will continue with the main story from season 1 and 2 and Clementine or Aj as a protagonist (obviously if Aj is protagonist they will have to skip years) but if they have Aj i think they should have Clementine with him
Kenny/Jane will die within the first 5-10 minutes like Omid, Clementine will end up in Wellington no matter what, Christa will return, We will play as Clem.

For release date, I would think from mid 2015-late 2015, and at the very latest, early 2016
I would want a new protagonist, or a protagonist that was considered a villain that is still alive. It would be interesting to work as the other side for once...
As for returned characters, no. It happened once as a miracle, but it'd just be out of place if it happened again. If there was a returned character, I defiantly wouldn't count on Lilly returning. There's a chance she's dead, or off somewhere far from where the new protagonist is.
my prediction is you will play as ALVIN JR. and have a brief flashback to what your chosen outcome to season 2. it will show what happened in the years following thus, they can create a game where all the outcomes will be played into the new story as ALVIN JR.

I finished my game with Kenny, but I really think Telltale won't make a game starting from 4 different places depending on each player's choice. Maybe if you finished the game with Kenny or Jane, they will get killed like Omid or get lost like Christa. My opinion about the 3rd game is that there will be a new point of view, like playing with Christa or even a character from the first game, like Lilly.
How do you know that for sure? Did Robert Kirkman have some kind of law passed through Congress where any writer who goes beyond his own established timeline by even one hour is to be put to death?
If Clementine and Rick's stories never overlap, I really don't see what the big problem is.
Did Robert Kirkman have some kind of law passed through Congress where any writer who goes beyond his own established timeline by even one hour is to be put to death?
Did I ever say this? No.
Telltale wants to follow canon and to follow canon they can't go past Kirkman. You can get your point across without being rude.
They can't go ahead of the comics.

We play as Clem in a Lee situation, and I expect we will also have Clem die in a similar way, wishing to defend AJ. Other than that, completely new set of characters, I doubt season 2 will repeat itself and introduce back any old characters. The determinance will, sadly, probably not make a difference and whoever stayed alive at the end of your playthrough will die or separate one episode in. I expect that they won't take more than the first episode to get over the determinant choice ending and getting Clem in a single, fixed position in which she will go on with the rest of the season.
That's the equivalent of saying Ripley shouldn't have been allowed to be the protagonist in ALIENS. There's nothing worse than literally starting COMPLETELY from scratch.
Yes. You definitively said "CAN'T", as opposed to "SHOULDN'T" or "WON'T". That was your own indirect way of putting an authoritarian stamp on what the video game series should be allowed to do, and I've seen this attitude surface one too many times elsewhere. I'm just fed up with it, that's all.
Telltale wants to follow canon and to follow canon they can't go past Kirkman. You can get your point across without being rude.
Me, rude? If Telltale wanted to depict the adventures of a teenage Clementine, they'd simply ask Kirkman. I'm sure he'd be a lot less militaristic about his own canon than you.

Listen, I am just going by what I've heard from Telltale. I don't know what your attitude is about, Telltale wants to stick by canon and kirkman won't allow it to go past his stories. I'm not deciding about the damn game, I don't know why the hell you think I decided any of this.
You act like i'm the fucking bad guy for merely restating what Telltale said. You're being rude about this when I just stated something Telltale said, you think I give a damn if they go past canon, no. I am just telling him that they can't do this if they want to stay on canon.

Actually, We could all end up in Wellington, for those of you who already went then you can skip a little of the beginning, the people that went with Kenny can decide to come back a few months later, Kenny possibly dying/going missing or even coming to Wellington. Howe's could be invaded by bandits, possibly killing off Jane or, like I said about Kenny, she might make it. In the alone ending you might just stumble upon Wellington, so we might not end up at Howe's again.
To be honest I think all the endings will meet up in Season 3. Wellington is probably going to down the shitter and we are probably going to meet the family in the Jane ending anyway. That also implies we will probably also be back at Howes.
My idea is that we can have clementine maybe a few years later with the baby A.J who is now grown up as well then the fort at the end of the second season comes under attack by looters or the military controlled by a ruthless commander who's orders are to wipe out the humans with a fake shot that is supposedly going to prevent one who may be bitten from turning when really the vaccine is there to make you turn slowly but unknowingly then from there if you had received the vaccine you will soon become a zombie and under the commanders control so clementine finds out about this plan and sets out to find some help with A.J at her side but they better not look back for the commander may not be far behind on there way out of the fort they run through a forest of trees were stuck in a bare trap sadly is Kennys rotting corpse she can not believe what she sees and starts tearing up while still running with A.J saying in the back of her head "No turning back" she then comes to a highway were a camper comes down the road and well guess who it is driving... I can either go on saying skater boys about her age were driving the camper or a total old stranger from season one........ Ps she stole the R.V. In season one. Does anyone have an Idea who it could be?
I am hoping Glenn or Christa or maybe even Lilly or someone come back. I enjoy Clementine, but maybe put things back in perspective to the adult, preferably Glenn as the protagonist, and Clementine as more of a side kick once again. Perhaps then Glenn, or said protagonist, dies at the end of season 3, leaving Clem once again in control the following season... Only older, now a young adult, wiser and ready to kick some major A for season 4 and then leave her in a Lee situation with another you g person for the final season, being 5

I only have one of the comics and haven't even read it yet. I watch the shows and play the games. So that sucks. Poor Glenn. Maybe we find Jane's sister and she really thrived instead of dying without Jane? My point is that I hope it doesn't start with a whole new character AND all the other characters are just gone from the storyline.
How will it start? - Either with Clementine or a new protagonist. Everything will be fine and then tragedy strikes to put the story in motion.
When? - Shortly after whatever ending we got in EP5.
What can we expect to see in Season 3? - Another good, Telltale story. Brand new characters being killed each episode just after we start liking them. Kenny/Jane being killed since both are determinant now.
Maybe some returned characters? - Lilly, Eddie, Glenn, Luke, and the 400 days characters that weren't at Carver's camp.
I honestly need to think that lily may make a return to the walking dead Season 3 of TellTaleGames I know I'm not the only one see her leave in season 1 she could honestly have a different temper or mood In the story she could also may start out with not remembering who Clem's is do to clementine being older and such then Clem could randomly tell lily her name then lily has a flashback of Clem growing up with lee and she will be amazed that it was actually clementine

I thought we just assumed Jane's sister was dead, but we don't actually know that. She left her for dead, but she could have survived, is how they made it sound. Also, Molly, or if her sister is alive, would be cool to see back as well.

I think we'll probably get more than one protagonist since Telltale seem to be doing that

I just hope there's a lot of action. I liked season 2 u but it was kinda had a boring first impression on me![:/ :/](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/confused.png)

The worst thing the series could do at this point would be to backpedal.
