They were looking for the photo of Crane and Lily (who was glamoured as Snow); Remember, the photo was leverage against the Crooked Man and Faith planned on using that which is why she was killed. The Tweedles went over to the Woodsman's apartment because that was the last place they knew where she was before she was killed.
