Why, when we chose not to rob Arvo, does he still say we did?
I understand his group needed to rob us for the story to continue, but he looks sincere when he says we robbed him. In my game I chose not to take the meds from him. Perhaps Jane took his gun? It isn't clear but I know we didn't rob him of his meds. Anyone else think this was an issue?

HA! I didn't play part 5 yet but when I went in searching for an answer to this question (because I just finished 4) I saw a bunch of things I probably shouldn't have. I purposely waited till 5 was out before I started 4. I just thought maybe it was a glitch or something, but yeah, I figured he was just lying to them to give them a reason to jump us.
He was stealing from his own group and placed the blame on Jane & Clem.
Hence, he fucked over Buricko and Vitali.
Jane took his gun.

He was either stealing or hiding supplies from his own group. His encounter with Jane & Clem gave him a perfect chance to get away with it.
