How many games have received Collector's DVD releases?
Back before the site was redesigned, I had bought the Collector's DVDs for all three seasons of Sam & Max, SBCG4AP, Tales of Monkey Island and Back to the Future. I know Wallace and Gromit had one too, though I never ended up buying that.
Since then, I've noticed all PC releases have the same style of box art as every PC game I see, with gray lines on the top and "PC DVD" in orange and white letters. (Where exactly did that template come from anyway?)
Anyways, I just figured they don't look as distinctive as the box art for those earlier games I bought, especially the Sam & Max ones (which seem to have entirely different art just using the in-game models on the box art now).
Are these releases still considered Collector's DVDs, and you've just changed the style of box art? And if so, how many games have had these releases?

I think Back to the Future was the last game to have unique formatting.
The Walking Dead (TT's most recent retail release) doesn't have the unique format, but only has the 'PC DVD' logo up top. Not sure if the upcoming releases (Walking Dead S2, The Wolf Among Us) are going to keep the 'PC DVD' format.
