Launcher relaunches on game exit

Windows Vista 32bit; Wallace and Gromit
Whenever I exit the game, the launcher pops up again. As expected, I have to click on the X in the upper right hand corner to close it. There are no crashing issues, gameplay problems or anything related to this, just a simple minor nuisance that I thought I should let you know of. Happened with Wallace & Gromit episode 1, and still occurs with the second episode.

    Actually that's as designed. If you will note, the wrapper on exit is slightly different the wrapper when you first boot up the game.

    So it is. I dare say it's a tad annoying. All it does is alert me of the first episode being available now, which I already own. Is there anyway of disabling it, or making it recognise I have what is being advertised and not showing?
