Why was... SPOILER
Why was Lily killed again? And was it confirmed (even though I'm already convinced of it through logic) that Nerissa left her head on the doorstep? I replayed that final scene just now to check if we knew of Lily's death, and she didn't explain it. All Nerissa said regarding Lily was that she, Faith and Lily were gonna make a power play -- then Faith stole that photo, then Nerissa confessed to Georgie, than Faith walked in on them as Georgie killed her. She begins to tear up as she mentions Lily and gives you the runaround.
So again, why was Lily killed? And even if you can answer speculatively, do we know it definitively?

This sort of confused me as well, I think Georgie killed her as a threat so that the picture would be returned or maybe to dissuade any more attmepts at leaving; but honestly Lily's death still confuses me a bit... Season 2 anyone???
