Possibility of Bigby's death was already discussed in a few threads which concerns comics. It is clearly stated in "Fables", that Bigby's fate is to outlive all of his children, only after he dies 7 times. There is also an issue, in which adult Ambrose talks with Lake, about his plans to visit his father and talk with him the next day, so at least we may be sure, that Bigby will be alive long enough, that his cubs will be grown ups. There is no info about Snow, so it would be better to guess if she will be still alive at the end of the Fables. I still hope for: "...and they lived happily ever after", but with every next issue I feel like it is not going to end up so well.

Since he got his new fate that said he would outlive all his children so unless they plan on killing all his kids in 5 issues its not likely to happen
Probably Not unless Snow and his Kids die first...
SPOILERS from Fables issue #122 and #123:
