Season 2 Collectors's DVD question

I was wondering if I buy all the episodes of season 2 separately (as I could get some under the $5 deal and I have my coupon from the monkey island preorder) I can then get the collectors edition DVD free (plus postage)?

    Email support@telltalegames.com and they can combine all your individual episode purchases into a season subscription, which then should allow you to order the dvd for shipping costs only.
