Episode 2 Mess Up
I bought episode 1 of the wolf among us when it came out, the same day. I also bought the season pass. When I played episode 1 I had no problems whatsoever. When episode 2 came out, everything was black. Could not see any characters, no background, no captions, and couldn't hear the characters talk. All you could see was your characters eyes. I have tried getting a hold of telltale games plenty times as well as GameStop where I purchased the game. I want reimbursed. Every time my emails are ignored, it proves that telltale games does not care for their customers. I want my money back.

Post this in support and get the problem fixed, or physically go to GameStop and demand a new copy. It's a great game there's no need to want to return it just because there is a glitch.
