How much Caffine do you drink/take in a day?

I drank a cup of coffee for the first time in about a year, around this time, and it kept me up pretty much all night. How much caffeine do you drink in a day? Personally i drink at least two liters of bottled water a day. I don't really drink caffeine anymore.

  • Well, I drink a lot of Pepsi, like unhealthy a lot, but it doesn't affect my sleep patterns. I don't find that caffeine affects how long I'm awake or anything.

  • When i was younger i drank lots of soda too. Now i don't drink any really. The last time i had soda was when i went to burger king and got a large Orange Pop. It put me out of business for two days.

  • Soda...All the time. I know it's unhealthy but I don't really care, I try and keep everything healthy.

  • Well as someone who lives with PTSD, my sleep cycle is pretty bad already. I might get four hours of sleep every couple days.

    I love the taste of Coffee though, i take my coffee like i like my women, white and sweet. Then again, i love all flavors.

  • When I was a kid/teenager I use to drink it as if it were my lifeblood, but then one day I just said to myself "I'm going to stop drinking you soda" and haven't touch the stuff again (willpower baby whooo). I did this for no good reason, just because I felt like it. It's been years since I stopped and I have experienced no changes in my mood, behavior, or physical appearance. Still don't feel like I should go back to it though, seems pointless. I do not partake in other caffeine beverages either.

  • I'm a teenager so you can only imagine how unhealthy I drink caffeine.

  • I don't drink coffee but I'll have energy drinks, some soda or once in a while hot cocoa/Cappuccino. It's usually something during the day. If I'm busy, I usually have no problem staying awake. If I'm idle at home, I easily crash. Honestly I rarely feel a jolt of energy drinking caffeine so I'm making an effort to eat really healthy so I don't have to drink that stuff.

  • The only drinks I like are water and orange/blackcurrant squash. I have the diet of a five year old haha

  • None. I don't like coffee, and we only have soda in our house during parties.

  • I've more or less quit drinking soda, and the occasional soda that I do drink tends to be the more-sugar-less-caffeine type just by my preferences. I do drink a cup of coffee more or less once a day, and occasionally I'll get some goofy starbucks frozen drink later in the day if they've got a novelty flavor that entertains me or if I'm going to be driving late at night.

    Two cups of coffee every morning. And anybody who gets between me and my two cups gets fucked up.

  • I don't really drink coffee anymore.
    I'll have a cup or two every now and then.
    But for the most part, I stay away from it.

    Same thing with soda, I stay away from it more often than not.
    Mainly cause of the high amount of sugar in it.
