Achievement and Download Support thru TellTale

Hi, I own most major TT games thru Steam. I can get a Tales from the Borderlands TellTale key, but it won't activate on Steam, only here.

Are there public Achievements on your TT profile like on Steam, or do they only show up inside in-game menus?

To download the game thru TT, do you have to download the entire game from TT's servers, or is it an installer you download that will then download the rest as it installs?

Tried searching for my answers, but couldn't find any concrete posts related to my searches.
