I wish they'd remake it for current-gen systems. Those graphics have not aged well.

Agreed. But FF9 seems to have passed the test of time!

While it would be interesting to see, I hope they don't remake it. Graphics are such a minor factor in what makes a game enjoyable, and when they become the driving force for making/remaking something, the rest of the game tends to suffer for it. As we learned from George Lucas, you can't improve a classic.

Yay! Now I can finally play FF7. I've been wanting to play a copy for so long, but copies seem to be so rare these days....

As for an FF7 remake, given Squenix's recent trends, it wouldn't surprise me. It might even prove to be an interesting case study to see how new tech would be used to bring an old narrative back to life.

I would rather have a FF9 remake myself. But I guess FF7 needs it more, because of it's old graphics.

    FFVII is overrated.

    It's 1.32 gigs. I have a 1 gig memory stick. I'll get this when I buy a bigger one.

FF7 is the only reason I just bought a new memory stick. 2 Gigs for $15! At least the one I got was.
