I recommend changing the language setting to English (Pirate) - that is, if you haven't already. It's down at the bottom of the page if you don't know.

Home = Home Port
Profile = Me
event invitations = grog fests sighted from the Crow's Nest
friend requests = sorry louts think they're yer mates!
'Like' button = 'Arrr, This be pleasin' to me eye.' button
Inbox = Bottle o' Messages
Videos = Bewitched Portraits
Friends = Me Hearties
"What's on your mind?" = "What be troublin' ye?"

...and many other classic ones.

    is there still a regular Talk Like a Pirate Day? it used to be observed by a lot of people, but I didn't hear about it this year

    September 19th is International Talk Like A Pirate Day. :)
