Sam And Max Ep 4 Game Breaking Bug

I've just gotten to the point in the game where you get the war room musical number, after it however the flag that makes Superball leave doesn't seem to trigger and I can't get into the war room, I've tried loading previous saves and doing the musical number again, restarting the game, the whole system, the agent just won't leave.

Windows 8.1
Dual GTX 980 SLI
Intel i7 4770k
8gb DDR3 1600mhz ram
Plextor M6e 256gb drive the game is running off of.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I recommend watching a video walkthough on how another player was able to complete that particular part of the episode, and see if you are able to follow the same steps to progress through that particular scene successfully.

    You need to change the date on the calendar and then tell Superball to take a vacation.
