Books

Ok i know there is already a thread kinda like this, but i kinda asking more like recommendations of books that you all have read or heard are good. but i dont really like fantasy that much, unless it is kinda bit more "grown up". not GoT, well i will read them but maybe some other time. but here are kinda my preferences, if you have some recommendations:

-thrillers. i mean there is a lot of sub genres to it but like spy shit, mob thrillers (im going by the barnes and noble's tabs), psychological stuff, pulp adventure, Serial murder shit (this genere specially) adn maybe super natural type shit like that.
-horror. not clowns though, i am not down with that.
-some good fiction

maybe some good biographies, also non fiction, some psychology stuff. all that would be great.

and i just bought The World Without Us, so other books of that kind would be great, fiction would also be cool to. well some Apocalyptic genre would be the mosh preferred, zombies, viruses, or whatever scenario would be awesome. So please and thank you if you post something here.

'Parasite Eve' by Hideaki Sena (horror), 'In the Miso Soup' by Ryu Murakami (psychological/serial killer), 'Piercing' by Ryu Murakami (psychological - the main character is planning out a murder).

Actually, pretty much anything by Ryu Murakami. At least any of his books that have been translated into English, except 'Almost Transparent Blue' or '69' (as in 1969). The ones I listened above are really short.

  • jajaj i saw how you had the "as in 1969, you perv) that was good why change it. and thank you i will check it out.

  • Harry Potter. Doesn't matter if you're 8 or 80 you have to read those books.
