Is there going to be any support for the Wii U?

I'd sell my soul to be able to play The Walking Dead seasons 1 and 2 (and other Telltale games) on the Wii U. I know the Wii U had a rough start, and it's slowly building up steam, but if there's any genre that would work amazingly well on it's Gamepad over other consoles Telltale games have been released for, it's the point-and-click genre. Point with a stylus, click a touch screen. It makes sense.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed that the only exposure the Wii U has to Telltale's The Walking Dead games is through a pinball table within Zen Pinball 2, themed after the first game. I'd like to see some ports done on the Wii U.

  • I dont have a WiiU but I know some of TellTale's earlier games were on the Wii. And yes I do think it is weird that they havent because I imagine the gamepad would probably work really well for a TellTale Game

I played BttF on the Wii, so Telltale have been there before which is a good start.

Who knows, maybe with another slightly-less-mature franchise than their current ones, i.e. minecraft, they might be more likely to create episodes for the wii-u which has a significantly higher proportion of non-mature users.

  • I doubt it's cause of maturity reasons, Nintendo released Bayonetta 2 let's not forget. :P

  • I would like to see telltale games on the wii u. However, I doubt we will get any, considering the low sales...but then again tell tale did port games to vita.

  • Im not saying there arent mature users of the wii, I'm saying that there are slightly fewer of them than for xbox and playstation.

  • I didn't say that you said there weren't mature users on the Wii U, you were saying that cause there's less mature users on the Wii U then there are on the other consoles, that Nintendo would be less inclined to release mature rated games on their console, right? And I replied saying that I doubt it's that since they released Bayonetta 2.

  • There are a lot of T and M rated games that have been released on the Wii
