Telltalegames download isues

I have a 400 KB sec download speed and for the last 3 days telltale has only been letting me get 40 kb sec download. so because of that i have seen the download of W@G take 3 hours untill this is fixed im done with digital purchases from this site. what other servers can i download this from i cant take this anymore.:mad:

    Can you help us figure out if this is a problem with our server?

    Go to Start --> Run and type 'cmd' (without quotes). This will open a command prompt.

    If the command prompt doesn't default to C:\, type 'cd C:\' (without quotes) and press enter. This should change it to display as C:\.

    Next, type 'tracert telltale.vo.llnwd.net' (again, without quotes) and press enter.

    You'll see something like this:

    it wont let me copy it but i will say the download bandwith from telltale isnt consistent all day long. can i print this somehow and fax it?

    i have it on wordpad but i dont want to just post it public isnt some info private for hackers

    I have been experiencing a similar problem for the past few days myself. Every time that I try to download Muzzled, the download abruptly halts at some point. Usually, this happens around 300MB, but sometimes sooner. I tinkered with my router settings, temporarily disabled my firewall, and even tried to download Muzzled through Wget, but it did not seem to help. I did a tracert on telltale.vo.llnwd.net, and most of the pings were around 30ms, so this has left me scratching my head. If this happens with Launch of the Screaming Narwhal, I will be ripping apart my home network piece by piece.

    Ill get this done right away it had happened again with muzzled.. 4 hour download time for Muzzled. um fyi i can download 1200 MB Hour dsL

    I am still unable to download Muzzled. So, here is mine (if it helps). By the way, jared25, I see that we are both using Windows Vista SP1. SP2 has been out for quite awhile, but I am still a bit weary of upgrading.

    Oh how long has SP2 been out? FYI i just built this pc a month ago i didnt know vista had service pack 2 yet. and Windows 7 Releases 10/22/09

    Windows Vista SP2 has been available through Windows Update since 05/26/2009, and as a standalone download on Microsoft's website for sometime before that.

    I built my PC from scratch, too. I was tired of all the junk that they throw into retail PCs. Windows Vista was not actually my first OS choice, though, but if I had gone with Linux, I would not easily have been able to, ahem, enjoy the fine products offered by Telltale Games.
