Going from one platform to another

Alright so I've played and beat WD season 1, WD season 2, WAU Season 1, and The first episode of TFTB and Since it's about time I got one of the new consoles, I'm going from Xbox 360 to the PS4, and I was wondering if I'm going to lose ALL that save data and my season pass from TFTB or if theres any way I'm gonna be able to re-download and keep it all when i make the switch. Thanks

    Nope I don't think there is, I think you're going to have to buy and play them all again, especially if you're switching from an XBOX to PS.
