TJ's accent?

im probably not the first to realize this but it took me a few playthroughs to notice that in the beginning of twau episode 1 tj clearly has an accent much like toads where he says "daaad the lights are shakin again" yet in a later episode when you're questioning him it goes away? not a big deal but still. weird. lol.

  • I saw an interview with Bill Willingham and even he noted that TJ's accent was different in Ep. 1 than the rest of the series :P

TJ has a cockney accent much like Toad's in Ep. 1, but afterwards its fairly 'normal' I guess...

  • I noticed this too. At first I thought Toad had multiple kids.

  • Apparently he does, Colin can ask Bigby how Toad's 'Kids' are doing :/

  • Melisa (The voice actress of TJ) said something like she tried it but decided not to for the rest

  • Yeah, it wasnt like Toad's voice changed, the difference was really unnoticeable

I don't think it made much of a difference tbh

  • Your comment got eaten :P

Nah I kinda liked TJ's voice in Ep.2 and 5; the cockney wasn't that noticeable in Ep.1
