other languages (subtitles)

I am really trying to understand why it is not possible for a company like Telltale Games to provide at least subtitles in other languages (at release). :-(
Don´t get me wrong...I have bought every game so far and have no probs to understand english...but sometimes you miss a word and after three seconds you need to think about it...time is up. On the other side there are many people out there who are very interested in your games but don´t speak english very well....
Is it so expensive to outsource it to another company or do it yourself in comparison to all the money you can make with different language support?
However...you do a great job and I love your games!
Anyway....I would really like to see a comment from the staff...Maybe I have a wrong idea about all this. :-)

I'm still waiting for Portuguese subtitles. Telltale has a huge fanbase in Brazil, but most people here don't speak english.
