Moreso. Anyway, enough of the references.

The whole business behind the Telltale Tool has me a little confused - exactly what is the position on that? Is it released or not? Is it open or closed?

    T3 is not commercially or otherwise available, as far as I understand

    It's something that their coders wrote themselves to make it easier for their designers to make games. I remember (a couple years ago by now) there was some talk of making it available to companies or indie users, but I don't think anything ever came of that.

    It's nothing special really. Most companies have a tool that is used to make game development easier for people who aren't good at programing. My cousin took me to his desk at Ubisoft and showed me the Tool they used to make Naruto Broken Bond.

    Oh I know it's an inhouse tool, I just remember seeing something about a public release, but that's it - only "something". Nothing else like a final decision or anything.
