muzzled and the last resort major problem

every time I download the two games, all I get is a black screen but I can still see all the text and hear all the audio. ive already uninstalled both and reinstalled them. help please.:confused:

    @Funz-

    Have you tried updating your graphics drivers to their latest? Also, are you playing on a laptop with an intel integrated graphics chipset?

    how do I chheck that its updated and yes, im playing from my laptop
