My E1 choices didn't carry over to E2?

Hello,

I'd just played through E1 and went straight onto E2. Before starting E2 I signed into my ttg account for the first time on xbox1.

As the cutscenes played for when happened previously, it was the exact opposite of all my choices.

I don't know if the cutscene is bugged or my choices literally haven't been carried over.

I don't want to play through E1 all over again but is there any known way to fix this that won't take hours?
