Suggestions for ideas and concpets for future MI games

Here, post your ideas and concpets for any future Monkey Island games and maybe if they're good, someone from Telltale could use them (if there will be another Monkey Island game).

    Some ideas are:

*How about Guybrush encounters Jumbeaux LaFeet who is living happily married with Miss Daisy and not just having his two birds but also having two kids.

*He meets a homeless Australian man who looks like he's been squashed really bad who later turns out to be Ozzie.

*How about Guybrush going abroad where he actually leaves the Tri-Island area and goes further but not for long.

*To have the choice to be able to switch between first-person view and third-person just like in the point and click Sherlock Holmes games.

*Where like in Curse of Monkey Island, where if you told him to do something for about 30 times, have something like that back but example, when you keep making him do something but he keeps saying "I'm not picking that up", after 30 times he could then say "No matter how many times you tell me to do it, I still wont do it" and then he could say "I'M NOT DOING IT". And with some objects, he could eventually give in and do it. Sought of an easter egg.

*Have it where you enter an area and return to it, something is different and changes everytime you re-enter that place example, have some people doing different things everytime you enter and exit.

Instead of Guybrush Threepwood, it should star Bobbin Threadbare.

And instead of being set in the Monkey Island universe, it should be set in the Loom universe.

And instead of being called Monkey Island, it should be called Forge.

Man, I hated that option so much in those games

They could even have room for expansion by creating a game called The Fold.

I think what should have been done was in MI4 instead of having a shape-shifting LeChuck, taking advantage of the fact that we was frozen. Like turning him into a Ice Demon or Something, with beard made of ice crystals and the power to freeze everything, and we wanted to turn the caribbean into a glaciar.

One thought I can't get out of my head: The Monkey Island universe is ripe for Lost references.

Rofl! I would pre order both, although they'd be better off introducing new unseen characters. How about, and this is just off the top of my head, a boy called Rusty Nailbender for the first one and a girl called Fleece Firmflanks for second one?

I once had a fanfic going where Guybrush had an evil twin...

    Thank god it's long dead.

Another idea, how about have like a villain which is just so strict, that there's just nothing funny about him. To which all the problems just seem to happen on him.

    - Perhaps their should be a scene where all Monkey Island characters are included, e.g. an eventual (forced) marriage between LeChuck and Elaine, where even obscure characters like, Madame Xima, Cabana boy, Cobb (the LOOM pirate, Britney (Lucre Island), or even Grim Fandango are there

    - perhaps revisiting some minor islands, like all the islands from MI3 (the best of all MI games).

    - introduce 'El Pollo Diablo'

    - switch between 2D mode and 3D mode (not just a fake option in the menu).
The 2D mode would be far more simpler, and should look like MI3 where everything was disproportionate and overly exaggerated which was something not really employed in later MI games .

    None of these.

Tie up some loose ends, either in upcoming TOMI or subsequent games.

The Goodsoup Plantation Resort Hotel and Casino
In MI3 Griswold Goodsoup said that his family's Hotel chain was all throughout the Caribbean, and the world.
Show this on another island perhaps.

    Bring back Wally
What has he been doing since, is he successful?

    Just for Ozzie's sake.
Return to Jambalaya island and show Ozzie's system of urbanisation still in place, e.g. Planet Threepwood, Starbucks.
Or they could be more piratey - e.g. 'Scumbucks'; and 'Miss Rivers' "transmogrifying" respectable people into mighty pirates.

And I can't think of anything else at the moment...
