Lost data and purchase?
I bought The walking dead season 1 on my Iphone (Lame I know, lol), but shortly after purchase, in that same week, I had to restart my Iphone. Once the phone was started up and the apps were all there, I went to the app, any and all records of me playing or that I even bought the game were gone! Poof! I contacted Apple support, hoping that the fact the I bought the game off of the app store would mean they had my money and could give me a refund. They said that they couldn't give me a refund and to contact Telltale Support. So here I am, a bit mad and distraught hoping I can get a refund. Hope you can respond, Thanks. -Rockmelt03

I apologize for any difficulties this has caused. When you start the game application, please go to the Episodes Menu, and you should see a Restore Purchases button. Please tap that button, and your previous purchases should then restore. If they do not restore using that button, please try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase Multi-Pack again, then when you are prompted, enter your password. As long as you are logging into the same Apple account that you originally purchased the game application with, you should be able to tap 'Buy' when it says “Confirm your in-app purchase”, and you will receive a pop up saying “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?” and tap OK.
