Not sure who Jayden is, I think it might be the drug addicted cop from Heavy Rain but I don't remember, I didn't like the little I played of Bully so I don't care for Jimmy, so basically I don't care for either.
I liked the Uncharted games I played but sadly due to not having a console anymore I've never played Red Dead Redemption, considering I love Westerns it's likely that I'd like him more than Nathan since I don't feel strongly about him either way but having not played Red Dead Redemption or Revolver I don't feel like there's a point in me choosing.
Never played Beyond 2 Souls and I'm not a fan of Quantic Dream, considering I'm on this forum the answer should be pretty obvious.
Wesker is a fun cheesy villain with super powers and he's a lot of fun to play in MvC 3, I've never played FarCry 3 and I'm not really interested so...
G-Man isn't much of a character, he's pretty much all mystery and while he's great when he's on camera Handsome Jack practically carried Borderlands 2 for me, without him I probably wouldn't like that game so I think it's Handsome Jack.
Eh... Gordon Freeman has pretty much 0 personality due to being a silent self-insert kind of character so I don't care for him while Tommy Vercetti is pretty much the perfect main character for a GTA game, he's morally reprehensible and has basically no redeeming qualities but his cynicism and self-awareness of just how ridiculous the world of GTA is makes him a joy to play, he works because he's awful but he doesn't care because Vice City is ridiculous anyway so there's no problem with anything you can do in GTA, it all fits, I don't think CJ was good because he was basically the same as Tommy but he lacked the self-awareness and the game wanted you to sympathize with him even though he was an awful human being, I hated playing as CJ and Niko just didn't fit GTA at all, too inconsistent, I haven't played V or any of the spin-offs and well the guy from GTAIII was silent.
Anyway sorry for the rant but Tommy Vercetti wins because he's the best GTA main character, I doubt any other tops him, I actually was able to beat Vice City despite how dated it is because of him and well the 80s Vice City is more interesting to me than the other setting of GTA.
