TFTB Episode 2 wrong choice shown at the end

After finishing Ep 2 it showed the usual choices screen and all of the choices except one were right. It said I chose to keep Handsome Jack a secret but I didn't. I had the long conversation with Vaughn about Jack. Will I have to replay the game to fix it or is this a known issue that can't be fixed?

    My apologies, this is the first we've heard of this particular issue. Can you please clarify if at any time during your playthrough of the episode, you were disconnected from the internet, or chose to rewind the episode to a previous part in a new save slot? Also, did you play through the episode in one go, or did you stop playing and save at a point in the episode, then return to play the rest of the episode at another time?
