Season 1: Achievement problem (XLBA Version)

Hi there little buddies,

I downloaded Season 1 from Xbox Live 3 days ago. I just finished the first episode yesterday but I don't get the achievement for finishing it. (Culture Shock-Complete Episode 1) Today I've loaded the autosave 4 times and played to the end, finished a total new game, redownloaded the game and changed the language settings. Nothing helped, and now I asked you to help me pls.

Out of pure curiosity (I don't have an Xbox) is this a problem that's likely to be fixed? (if it's considered a problem)
