I think Telltale shouldn't have had Ethan killed by Ramsay Snow... he won't probably show up in the next episodes and most of all, he is alive in the books/tv show. That means it can't be killed and we can't have our vengeance.
On the contrary, they should've introduce a new character whose head could be brutally smashed at the end of the game, like one of the Whitehill sons or Lord Whitehill himself.

    I was thinking the same thing. Maybe Ramsay could have been alongside the character who killed Ethan. We can't get our vengeance on Ramsay or Roose.
