Black screen for Episode 3

When my game loads up there is just a black screen after installing episode 3, I can hear the background music but can;t see anything.

Deleted and installed it again and have got the same problem.

Any idea on a fix?

    Have no clue. I did have two fight scenes lose all sound except for dialogue. Made for slightly anticlimactic action.

    What platform are you experiencing this on? PC/Mac, I take it?
