I used the link tool because I couldn't post it normally for some reason. My tablet hates YouTube for some reason.
I just tried removing stuff from the link itself, is it showing up now?
I've been reading this novel, "Symphony for the City of the Dead," and it piqued my curiosity with regards to Shostakovich's Fifth Symphony. It truly is a powerful piece, and I can see how especially poignant it was during the time period. He managed to reach out to the general public and convey the grief, oppression, and foreboding they have all experienced strongly, with an ending I guess I could describe as "false and forced hope", (Life has become merrier) all the while pleasing Stalin and the rest of the government with the same finale interpreted as a triumphant celebration. It's pretty amazing. Though, if I am mistaken in any way, (which I probably am) I apologize. Not a bad afternoon.
Feed the Tree by Belly. As much as i liked Tanya Donnelly in Breeders and her guitar playing has influenced mine, it took me ages to get into Belly. I'm glad I did and I plan on doing a cover of this song with a few changes to the lyrics. Other than that, Dinosaur Jr and Radiohead. True Love Waits always makes me cry, I don't listen to it in public anymore lol. Thom you always do this to me lol.
I found myself in that stranger than normal part of youtube, and I came across this. I have to say this song is actually better in Nightcore form, gives a lighter tone and makes it sound more up beat. lol
Christmas is coming, and there are a plethora of songs with bells in them. As a public service, to restore the balance of bell songs, here is one that is not so Christmas-y.

Try posting just the URL without using the 'Link' option?
Or try getting rid of any junk between the slashy and the 'watch' part of the URL

Bingo! Yep, it's showing up now.

Mmmmm, love Glam Rock.
Ahh, the trumpets blaring remind me of my days of angst and adolescent wonder.
