Has anyone ever worked with a production crew?
I'm seeking people advice from people who have worked on set near a production or camera crew. I'm an indy grip, I've helped work on a few low budget unknown short films. I'm a little apprehensive because I think I've bitten off more than I can chew. I'll be on a new production set relatively soon and I'll be working with far more advanced cameras than I'm use to be working with like an Alexa (high definition, resolution camera used to film advanced television shows like the kind you see on HBO). Normally I help with equipment and the camera (primarily working with the lighting, positioning and anything camera related). I've even seen a 7D before but am not all that familiar with one.

Well, if you are using an Alexa and you are the one operating it, they usually come with a rig to help keep it steady and relatively easy to handle, I wouldn't worry
