Critically panned movies that you liked
Some movies may have been panned to death, but you might have enjoyed some of those movies. Mine:
- Superman IV: Quest for Peace
- Mortdecai

The whole Friday the 13th series. Almost all the movies have gotten negative reception, but I loved them all and almost all the films in the series have become cult classics and made a whole lot of money so it shows how dumb critics are sometimes :P
Etc, They don't make good movies anymore. It is like Lester Cole said, Its all Hollywood superheros or romantic comedies I'm not interested in.
Usually only my 'junkfood' movies - bizarre comedies that show what a weird and morbid sense of humor I have, or bizarre Japanese horror comedies - but honestly a lot of those are more cult films than critically panned... Here's one example - critcs only gave it 29% on Rotten Tomatoes, but I think it's hiliarious.
There's an FBI snitch hanging out in a hotel - a bailbondsman wants to get him, but a lot of group of hitmen are all going in to kill him. Hilarity ensues.

I don't think Robocop1, Alien, Aliens, Total Recall, Predator and the Rambo movies were critically panned, specially not Rambo 1 considering how good that movie is and it's subject matter.
I love those too. But I hate some of them cough Jason X cough
Movie 43. It was funny with a lot of good actors in it.
This film didn't do well and I could make a decent sized list on how many things they could've done to make it better, but...I can't help it, this is still a favorite for me and it introduced me to the comics and the tv animes before it.

I actually got an offer to work as a grip in this movie by Uwe Bowl and was called about it but it wasn't anywhere near feasible to go to New York and the producers couldn't be bothered to have their crew taken care of. In the end I kinda decided the flight, the work and pressure do to nwver working on a serious movie was no where near the magnitude of universal panning this film had the potential to get and Uwe Bowl scares me for be infamously known for movies with the same conflict. It wasn't as bad as I originally thought and there deffinitley would have been a reasonable profit in it but I'm not up at night wishing I took it
I really like Coneheads and Ghostbusters II, which were both critically panned and panned by most fans. That's why I usually don't follow reviews or online comments, as my tastes don't always align with the majority.
Spider-Man 3, Transformers: Revenger of the Fallen, Dumb and Dumberer, Thinner.
I thought this movie was great, although it wasnt really talked about or got the strongest reviews
Best Horror film I ever seen I adored this film but it flopped at the cinema
I laughed a lot no regrets
I enjoyed this film
so many I enjoyed many of the scary movies franchise and the second matrix etc
Some guilty pleasure movies I have that were panned are...
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows
The Jurassic Park sequels (Nowhere near the original but I think they get too much hate)
Expendables 3
And I guess that's all ill say....
I agree, I love the Friday the 13th series, especially the last one that came out.
I liked X-Men Origins and X-Men 3: The Last Stand. Although I can see where the fans were coming from, in the final fates of Deadpool, Cyclops, and Jean Grey/Dark Phoenix in those films, I really didn't have a problem with them. Plus, with X-Men: Days of Future Past, the way the stories differed from the comics in those films, and the fates of those characters in those films really don't matter anymore (since the characters from the original trilogy were shown to not have the same fate as before, and Deadpool is getting a film more like his comic counterpart). Because of that, they can stand on their own merits without worrying about future implications of the franchise, and honestly, I think the stories in those films are quite enjoyable.
Not going to lie, I loved those shitty direct-to-DVD movies Insane Clown Posse did. Especially Big Money Hustlas.
I also love those terrible parody movies like Epic Movie, Date Movie, and Scary Movie 3 and 4. Bottom of the barrel shit, but so random and out of context, I can't help but enjoy myself.

In my opinion its pretty original and amazing for a mario movie
Rampage was an awesome movie it deffinitley would have been worth the trip to be on set for all that cinematic spree killing
Insidious is the greatest Horror Franchise I've ever gotten the pleasure to see.
Now, In the Gaming Aspect, I Loved Sonic 06, Sonic Boom, and Silent Hill 5.
At least 90% of these movies aren't even panned. What you been smoking boi?
Panned is like Avatar: The Last Airbender levels of shit. Not Total Recall, or Predator. And most definitely not Robocop or Heat. Heat is fucking awesome.
I desperately want to see that movie. No spoilers pls.
