Pretty sure it's Mira.
Noooo, her voice is diffrent.
It is actually Mira but I agree her voice doe's sound different I think they were originally going to have Mira appear at the funeral.
She sounds a little different when she's more emotional/there's more urgency in her voice. You've just gotta compare the right lines to see that it's her.

I thought it sounds like Talia herself, and the fact that she says her name is just a plot hole in the writing.
I'd say Mira.
