My younger brother is 12 years old. He received a strong hit to his testicles many years ago.
He recently noticed that his right testicle has been dislocated, and it is now directly under the left testicle.
He had normal growth in his penis. He is not circumcised. He is 2cm (counting the foreskin of his penis) flaccid, and abou 4-5cm erect.
He had grown a psychological problem that makes him stare at people's dicks to see their size, to which he is very embarraced.
What do we have to do to his penis and testicles? He only told me and is refusing to tell my parents yet. Help?

Take him to a doctor.
I told him this, and his reply:
"I didn't hear that. Or did I?"
He doesn't want to tell our parents nor visit a doctor. He's very scared to have a surgery and get circumcised. His friends keeps telling him that it is painful.
Then tell him what exactly does he want? You to wave a wand to fix everything, you should have gone the hospital years ago
Eh fuck it. I will just report this to my parents. He will outrage on me for this.
As I see you have came to the telltale threads to address your problem, as you guess the experience in the many fields of medicine the Telltale games provide. Have gave the users an abundance of knowledge on genital problems. I will give you a solution: Slap his balls and see if they go back into shape
Why do you know your brother's erect penis size?
Anyway, take him to a doctor, it's probably nothing.
He should still do it, it's beneficial.
Isn't this something you'd post on a medical page?
The Crooked Man from The Wolf Among Us would know a thing or two about crooked body parts.
No but seriously, take him to the doctor, dude.
Wow, I was not expecting that amount of precise detail into a problem... let alone a weird testicle problem.
At age 12, I'd have to ask if he's even hit puberty yet. He's near the age when lots of things change, and he shouldn't be worried about size comparisons at the moment. (Or even later in life, for that matter.)
He really should see a doctor, though, and the parents should know. It is not something to be embarrassed about. His classmates don't have to know a thing.
I doubt that he will need to be circumcised.
This HAS to be a shitpost..
Take him to a doctor, tell him that it's better to do it now before it gets worse.
You will have done the right thing. Keep that in mind.
Jiggle his balls back
dislocated balls can be fixed with minor surgery or may not need to be corrected at all.
The staring at dicks part is concerning. He should probably see a psychologist or something.
That is, assuming this is genuine and not a shitpost.
Sorry, if I LOL'ed a little. But either he suck it up and go to the doctor or let him stay in his house and suffer worse.
This forum isn't the best place to seek medical advice, i would recommend seeing a doctor if there are any health concerns.
This is probably the best thing to do, i am gong to close this thread now as there isn't much advice anyone can give apart from seeing a doctor.
