That moment scene at the end, with Eli and David (?). It seems like Solid and Liquid were the best of friends, when they were little, since they wear the same clothes and seem to have the same scars.
That can't be true, Liquid and Solid didn't even know they had brothers when they were kids. Unless a retcon takes place, which I'm pretty sure will happen.

You know what I find weird? How come James Horan(VA for Skull Face) said he didn't have a big part, but then this trailer comes out and plays Skull Face and Big Boss as 2 sides of the same coin?
To be fair, I kinda just pulled that Chico is "Paz" thing out of my ass. :P
While the Chico is Quiet theory is a pretty good one, and far better than a bullshit one like "Venom Snake is Gray Fox", I think Kojima sunk this theory, shortly after it popped up last year. Then again, Kojima is a troll, so who knows.

To be honest this trailer gave me lots of confusion.
I'm pretty confident it is her, I'm pretty sure it's Big Boss just losing it. Which is going to be brilliant.

It's most likely a retcon. I don't think that other Eli could be anybody other than David.

Nah, Chico isn't Quiet. He's the "Paz" we see in the new trailer:
