Help. Won't load Season 1 decisions to Season 2.

Recently I played the whole first seaon on The Walking Dead. Now when I go to play Season 2 it finds my Season 1 save and I press to load it and I get nothing but a black screen and it never loads the season one decisions. How can I get this to work?

    Can you please clarify what platform you are playing the game on? (PC/Mac/PS3/Xbox/iOS/Android?) If you are on a mobile device, can you please clarify which device, and what OS version you are running?
