What's exactly the tone of this series?
Since i first played the game i felt like it had a different tone or vibe or whatever than the other Telltale games but i can't really put a finger on it
Reminds me a bit of Sin City movie . Can we say it is somekind of film(game) noir?

Its noir. But, fantasy noir I guess? Maybe we should just settle on original.
The tone itself it's Film-Noir, though the mesh with fantasy and superpowers adds a really weird pulpy seasoning that I really enjoy 10/10 would eat again.
It is Noir, which is different from the Fables comics, but it works perfectly
The tone of the series is awesome.
Well played, sir
after some searches on google i think i can say it is neon neo noir (lots of N's lol)
the 'neon' term i found it while reading a review(i think) : "Erik describes the mood of The Wolf Among Us as “neon noir”, referring both to the splashes of bright color brought out by the muddy palette of the timeless – but aesthetically Tony Manero-ish – New York the exiled fairytales inhabit, and to the neon signs which dot it. In particular, Sheriff Bigby Wolf’s tiny apartment is lit by a lurid sign for Red Rose’s Room, a local nightspot."
and neo-noir is basically an upgraded version of the basic film noir ( "updated themes, content, style, visual elements or media that were absent in films noir of the 1940s and 1950s" )
It's noir with lots of pretty colors, shirt-busting cleavage, bacon, and wolf abs.
