Download link on email before put on site?

Anyone experienced with prior releases? Is telltale emailing out the download link before putting it up on the "my telltale" part of the site? Or does the email just contain a link / info about the "my telltale" page?

Hoping for a release in 3 minutes...

    From what I can personally recall from the last few releases it seems the site is updated first with the emails sent right after.

    There really are mere moments between the release on the site and the e-mail. I really wouldn't bother with the fuss and all, but that's just me.
