So, tell me about your story ideas.
Okay, so I'm a writer and I have a writer's fork that takes up the majority of my hand. I absolutely love talking about my stories and characters, so I have a feeling that fellow writers do as well. Considering this site is home to one of the most in-genius story-telling game companies like ever, I figured this would be the perfect place to put this.
So, tell me about your stories and characters, the ones you never got to work on? Fanfiction, original, doesn't matter, all are equally as good.. if written properly, that is.

I have written one complete story about a Walking Dead like zombie outbreak in a city, it involved three different stories. It's my least favorite story out of the ones I write.
I have a few cancelled ones because I suck at writing mysteries.
I have three active stories: One about a medieval like world where it involves us Forum members. One about an infection like The Last of Us but different. One about an intergalactic space thingy.
I have one short story about an AI that I write in my free time.
In Winter (Working title)
The setting is in a second catastrophic ice age. And centers around a mother and her child traversing the wastes in search of a warmer place near the equator. Basically the mother is a fairly savage person who while pregnant with her child committed some serious atrocities in order to keep her and her unborn child alive and safe. Her son his now at an age where he's starting to gain knowledge of literature and believes in a more moral obligation to humankind. This conflicts with the mothers' cut-throat view on the world straining their relationship.
Throughout the trek through middle American down to panama, the mother and her son run into violent merchants, sickly children, and hospitable ranchers. Leading a very much Odyssey-esque journey. And the end I have in mind is... different to say the least.
Tantalizing?
Well, I wrote a story, now pretty long forgotten but you can find it on FF.net if you have the mind to, and it was a fanfic about Telltale's TWD.
Basically it takes place not quote a year into the apocalypse with a group of OCs, and the two protagonists are former members of the National Guard who deserted their squad in the first week and joined up with a group of survivors after traveling on their own for a while. One of them is outspoken and enjoys humor, sarcasm especially, but has a strained relationship with the rest of the group and his friend from the military due to conflicting interests with his friend. His friend is more quiet and less emotive, very introverted without a strong incentive to keep living. The two make some discoveries about themselves and each other as events conspire to break them and for one, that discovery is a greater horror than anything the living OR the dead could do to him.
I have a story about a group of transgenders living in an apartment building, each with their own unique dark past. One of them used to work as drug dealer and involved herself with the mafia, one has some sort of spiritual connection that made her into possessed semi serial killer, another is having a problem to maintain relationship with her sibling after they become orphans, the other one simply just trying to make a living in a new place after being kicked out from her home. They all know each other and some are close friends, they also have one senior figure that well respected in their neighborhood,a former forensic police officer that started hormone replacement therapy by the time of her early retirement at the age of 35.Their stories will somehow connect to each other and make a variety of plot from dramatic moments into serious action sequence. Its progress currently about 30% and unfortunately discontinued.
I have a few story's but my personal favorite it 'The Dark Before the Dawn'
It's a story about a hostile takeover of the United States by an extremist group calling themselves 'the Network'. The story is told through the poi t of view of many user submitted characters. Now that I think about it, its kinda like 'Red Dawn' if you've ever seen that.
.
I'm writing a short story, pretty simple: one chapter from his point of view and one from hers, it's going to be a conversation between two characters and show the same "scene" from different perspectives.
Hmmmm. Well, I'm working with a pretty cool setting, but the story itself is still coming together.
Technology level : Late-medieval mixed with some anachronistic industrial-era elements.
The setting :
There's a city, surrounded by dangerous, uncharted wilderness. This city is unique because it's two levels. The upper city is a large platform, suspended above the rest of the city by magical beam called "the anchor". The rich and powerful live in this area, traveling to the lower city through the use of airships. The city below is fairly normal except for the area directly below the platform. This area, called the undercity is an miserable, impoverished ghetto. The upper city blocks out the sun for much of the day, leaving the slum shrouded in darkness fir most of the day. The crime problem is so bad that the city-state has effectively lost control of the area to gangs and mercenaries.
Due to the people's close proximity to the anchor, there are a large number of birth defects, but also a number of children born with arcane powers. These kids are taken from their families and trained into state-sanctioned spies and assassins, a policy met with great hatred and protest by the residents of the undercity.
The Story (at least for now) : Rebels are trying to find a super-weapon to shut off the anchor and send the upper city crashing to the ground; destroying the powers-that-be in one shot. Damage to the rest of the area would be cataclysmic. A government spy is sent out to infiltrate the rebels and make sure they can't get their hands on it.
I'll update as I think of more.
I did a few cross overs
I did an interesting concept with TWAU and TWD
Where the villain revealed at the end which started the outbreak he infected a fable with the zombie virus to destroy the city which created super zombies and every person bitten by the Super Fable Zombie turned into a super zombie too making regular citizens helpless to survive
The Super Zombie escaped into other areas and attacked Lee and Clem
Lee got saved by Bigby sent out to kill the super zombie as he knew if he waited in Fable town the army of Super zombies would grow to big and kill everyone his only chance was to find and attack now.
They became a gang
Short story short Clem got bitten and Lee Demanded Bigby Inject her with a syringe with his blood as he taught with uninfected fable blood because Bigby is so powerful his blood would fight the infection and defeat it, it was insane but their only chance
In the end They are overrun and Clem is dying hidden under a tree suddenly She raises and kills all the super zombies she was the chosen one the fable blood overcame the zombie infection within her she was pure blooded and made her a super Fable
She used super strength to bang the ground like the hammar of thor in anger and flung the zombies away like rag dolls instantly killing them etc stuff like that
I'll explain the rest later
This one sounds absolutely fantastic. I adore the setting of second ice age due to the fact that it is extremely underrated.
One of my current ideas that I will probably never work on is the following:
In a post apocalyptic world very similar to ours, an eternal war has broken out between espers and magicians. The two races forever divided due to their eternal hatred and differences between one another are both being oppressed by humans, who have taken up weapons and futuristic technology, relying on aerial-based combat forces known as "Valkyrie Angels". There are several other races, weapons and strange materials to be discovered throughout the world, but the story follows two different perspectives:
The first one is Colette. Colette was born and raised in a compound with a religious upbringing. Never knowing either of her parents, she was adopted by the primary pastor of the compound known as "Father" who preaches that only normal people are to be loved by God. Shortly after her coming-of-age, a strange boy with cybernetic technology falls from the sky who is known as "Valkyrie" or simply "Valk". He begins to tell Colette of the outside world -- one she never knew of. She later reveals her ability to reverse the flow of time, something she has always been able to hide. With this discovered and the support and new found tolerance of her Father, Colette takes up a sword and embarks into the post apocalyptic world before her.
The second perspective is an amnesiac simply referred to as "Jet". Saved by a human outcast who is revealed to be a thief and a liar known as Caitlin, the two begin to embark on a journey in an attempt to recover Jet's memories before being caught in a catastrophic explosion -- and discover more about Caitlin's exile.
Thank you!
I've been writing a rough draft and revising a bit here and there for about a month now. I too think the setting is woefully under apperciated.
Although what I'm going to say may help you in the story, it is quite off topic. I like when the authours put themselves in the story as a minor character and that apears briefly. It's like a self-cameo.
Boy howdy, since my discovery of fanfictions and fascination with crossovers, over the years I've had numerous ideas for stories. Many have come and gone but a good majority remain as do new ones from prior years.
Anybody interested. I have some original ideas but I have a crossover extravaganza of stories (copyright of any and all ownerships to respected parties. Don't wish or want to be sued).
Oh I have so many. But I'll share one.
I wrote a rough draft of a screenplay for a short film called, Not For Me. It's a psychological thriller short following a man with severe depression issues named, John, who finds himself suffering a series of nightmares that seem to be connected in someway. Most of the dreams involve either a rose, one or two mysterious people in masks, or both. It is later revealed at the end of the film, that the masked people were not attempting to hurt John, but instead trying to give him insight on his past mistakes. It is revealed through flashbacks that John was once in a relationship with a girl named, Amy, but the two started drifting apart when Amy got a new job that took up a lot of her time causing John to delve into alcohol abuse. Amy eventually left him and the events of the film are really happening a few weeks after everything went to shit. This sequence is told in a silent montage form and we keep cutting back to a shot of the rose in a vase, fully in bloom at the beginning of the relationship, but slowly dying as the relationship deteriorates.
Amy arrives the next morning to collect her stuff where John admits that he messed up and is willing to try and work things out. Amy declines, admitting she was wrong in some aspects as well, but doesn't feel it is appropriate to try to work things out yet since the pain is still too raw. She leaves and as John watches her leave, he sees a singular rose petal on the ground blowing in the wind towards him indicating that he and Amy could get back together someday.
(I was going to film this back in December, but I had to terminate it because I was busy and I had picked a really bad time to shoot. I'm gonna try to film it over the summer when I have more time.)
I had one idea back about a year ago, and I still have it stored on Google Docs. Well anyway, here's what it is about.
The year is 2024. The entire Earth has been ripped apart by the effects of World War 3. The United States of America and Russia are deadlocked. When Russia realized that America would be a tough enemy, they forcefully occupied and united Europe and Asia, wiping out any countries that resisted, creating a menacing force. The American government, overwhelmed, took a page from Russia's book and occupied Canada and South America to create a force strong enough to stand a chance.
Britain was one of the few countries spared, when they closed their borders and all trade relations, enforcing an isolationist policy. Africa has been ravaged by diseases, natural and man-made, with relief efforts abandoned and people left to rot. The Australian continent has been destroyed after a countless amount of hurricanes and tsunamis swept through. The Middle East has become a radioactive hellhole, with American and Russian forces fighting for what's left. Russia has almost won the war. That's where the Criminal Reform Act comes in.
The President, desperate for manpower and any advantage, has passed an act that will, as he puts it, "turn the tide of this righteous war." The government has taken all criminals and has trained them with high end weaponry and discipline, and has sent them to the Middle East to beat back the opposing forces. You are one of these criminals, and you must learn how to trust the people next to you and survive the harsh, unforgiving environment to ensure an American victory.
I will probably end up coming back to it and try to write some more.
Story: Green and Mean
Currently in the Alpha stage of writing
Disclaimer: The pictures that are posted below are not mine, they're just visual aids that will help you visually grasp the story.
Green and Mean is a military sci fi war drama. The aesthetic design of the universe sort of has a diesel punk vibe.
In other words, all of the weapons, vehicles, uniforms have a world war 2 era like appearance. Even the movies and photographs in the universe are black and white. (Fallout is a small influence)
Green and Mean is the story of the forgotten soldiers. Soldiers who have greatly distinguished themselves in war but have been ignored by the history books. The narrative is inspired by the anecdotes of soldiers that have been historically forgotten such as the Indian Soldiers who have fought for the British empire in world war 1 and 2 and the African American Harlem Hell fighters of world war 1.
In a nut shell it's about a female alien officer who leads Wayne Company, a group of young, inexperienced human soldiers who have found themselves in the abyss of a devastating galactic war.
Earth for the past couple of centuries has become a colony of an aggressive colonial alien civilization called the Bethan Empire. Humans are second class citizens and were previously not permitted to serve in the army due to suspicion of being disloyal. The loss of many Bethan soldiers seven years into the war has made the empire desperate to recruit anyone into their war machine even if they are human.
The galactic war has devastated Earth, causing a food shortage. Famine and disease became rampant. Adults who have volunteered in labor battalions haven't returned home, leaving only the children and elderly stuck on earth.
Most of the human volunteers are boys and girls between the ages of 13 and 21; eager to prove their loyalty to their oppressors and to feed their families back home.
The story focuses on both the human soldiers and Bethan officers of Wayne Company. It explores the social relationship between the human subordinates and their alien superiors who have to grudgingly work together to survive the war.
This is the first time Humanity has been involved in a galactic affair such as an interstellar war. They are not properly trained nor can they fathom the enemy that they are about to face.
Captain Gabriel Hensley a quiet, soft-spoken Bethan women who spent her academic career studying Humanity, has been given the burden to command the inexperienced Wayne Company. She is not a soldier. Her previous assignment as a diplomatic officer was recruiting the very kids that will eventually form the bulk of Wayne Company.
Watching these impoverished kids putting their feets into the boots of a soldier has ridden her with the guilt that she has sealed their fate. She will need to turn that guilt into an obligation... To make sure that every action and order that she makes will ensure the protection and welfare of her troops so that one day they can all come back home to Earth in one piece.
Well, I have one I am working quite a bit on. Both in words and as a webcomic known as Faulty Wiring!
Basically, the premise is that mankind has disappeared, and the machines they left behind gain sentience. With their newfound intelligence, the machines do the only thing that makes sense to them: recreate the human legacy. The story primarily follows Samuel (right), a robot built to look and act exactly like a human, and Dan (hardly ever right), a clunky, mechanical plethora of spare parts and anxiety. Together, they attempt to not only thrive in this mechanical world, but to also answer the question no one seems to be asking.
The story focuses on several topics, such as identity, morality, computer jokes, and unity. For the most part, it's a forward comedy with a action and drama downloaded in the mix. Well, as hilarious as implying that real humanity is dead can be. Though that doesn't mean there can't be any subtlety unsubtle dark undertones.
I have so many great stories ideas. And I'm currently writing one, and I'm trying my hardest to finish it.
But I don't really want to share it here... Never know, someone might steal it...
Here's my story. US west coast. There are two buddies and they go outside. Then they find a Harley Davidson. Dude, let's take it, says the first one. So they are driving and see two pretty Asian girls. They join them. Together they drive and zombie apocalypse starts. Corpses are not fast enough to catch them. Golden Gate Bridge collapses and makes a huge ramp. Motorcycle jumps over the ocean and lands in Japan. Our heroes go for a sushi.
I'm writing something about a kid who has visions of past lives after having a near death experience.
Right now, my working title is "All My Other Selves".
So, currently I'm planning on writing a book just because of an idead that striked me this autumn when I was doing nothing at home. However, I'm only in high school I barely have any experience, there's not enough time and people probably won't take my book seriously. So it's gonna take a long while before I even start writing. You know, a few months have passed since I got the idea and all I have now is just some subtle concepts and ideas.
Anyway, it's gonna be a dystopia about people civilizing animals. I don't know for which purpose yet, maybe to send them into space to colonize other planets and have them under Earth's control. The animals' physiology still remains, they walk on 4 paws, etc but now they have an advanced brain, closer to humans'. However, it results into the conflict between the newborn animalistic society and the human one. People are supposed to live in a utopia, but the conflict shows the wicked side of their life. Animals turn out to be smarter than people think they would be and one particular revolutioner proves it. In the end, the purpose of the story is to show how people became weak because of abandoning their natural self.
I know it sounds shitty and I can't think of any proper details.
serial griller? cool
Thinking about a Star Wars fanfic that takes place many thousands of years before Star Wars....when there were no Sith..just Jedi and Dark Jedi. The Jedi Council had a bigger say in how the Republic was run. For the safety of the republic they would forcibly take any children who were force sensitive and train them. This caused resentment to color how the Galaxy viewed them. The Lightsaber is just now starting to come into use with the Jedi.
Our Hero is a Jedi Knight named Aeria...She has been tasked with recovering force sensitives. Her weapons of choice are a Dual vibro bladed Naginata with a hook to trap someone's blade and pull it our of their hands. and an electro whip. After seeing the pain of families being separated she begins to question the Jedi order and has a revelation about the nature of the force. She begins to explore the grey line in the force and leads an effort to change how the order accepts new members.
She is labeled a heretic by the council, forcing her to leave hide on an outer rim world where she begins to create the Grey code. Soon she has followers. Meanwhile an incident occurs where 2 Jedi are killed while trying to get new students...the Republic fires on the planet below with the battle cruisers in an attempt to extract the rest of the Jedi team...the loss of life is horrible and soon a full blown uprising is occurring on several frontier worlds.
Aeria soon finds herself and her followers at odds with the Jedi order, her former master and a Republic that fears force users being left untrained.
Hottest grills
That sounds really cool!
Beautiful story!
Thank you.
To begin my series of writing, I'm starting with an original tale (partly to show I am capable of creating something originally)
I entitled it "When Legends Are Real"
It involves a college sophomore, traveling to an institute in Florida to study the endangered sawfish for a report. But while he's there, various animals are found dead, some half eaten. Then, people have been assaulted and slain. The sophomore named Brandon, fears he's being hunted. Asking the help of local law enforcement and a loner who has military training, Brandon tries to stay one step ahead and stop this mysterious assailant.
FYI The mysterious assailant is an urban legend that has little to go on, but I chose since that makes it all the more mysterious...The Moss Man.
Also, this is my first so don't expect anything flashy. From every fact I've prepared, it's just going to be a basic thriller.
Next up, is a followup to an OVA I don't believe anyone's ever heard of. It was made in the 80s and involves female wrestling called Wanna-Bes.
(Web search if you have time, not much, but it is on youtube). The character designs were done by legendary animator Kenchi Sonoda.
Simply put, an elite corporation sponsors a female wrestling team, but little do they know, they are guinea pigs in experimentation, as was their predecessors. The tale follows after the OVA, as they become hunted by rising corporations that never had a chance against the corporation in the OVA called the Kidou Corporation. Plot is still being worked on.
(All characters in the OVA belong to their respected parties)
Title: "Wanna-Be's: Toughen Up!"
I recently wrote a fanfiction about The Walking Dead A New Frontier. It continues from where episode 2 ended. I added a character I made named Angel into the story. He uses a staff as his weapon and is actually a really amazing fighter. He sees a girl named Clementine and starts to fall in love with her. Eventually they develop a relationship and go on an adventure together with Javi, Tripp, Jesus, and the rest of the group. It was my first fanfiction I ever made and people said it was pretty good and they also gave me tips on how to make it better. I finished the entire story and now I'm currently working on Angel's backstory.
Next on my schedule is continuing something I felt was full of potential. It's the fan film series of Fallout: Nuka Break!
Continuing the adventures of the Nuka Break crew, starting with Nuka Break II (the reason for this is as you all remember Nuka Break started about as a fan film; this story is kind off like a prequel to the upcoming third season plus a couple seasons more. Also a couple of prequels; one involving the history of my OC I'm introducing the start of the third season and another, which is top secret at the moment.)
Consider Nuka Break II "a taste of things to come".
I've come to adore the Fallout universe; I just have a thing for post apocalyptic worlds, so long as they are not too bleak to tell stories.
(Nuka Break and it's characters belong to Wayside Productions. Fallout and all things related to game/universe belong to Bethesda).
This one is one that has been on my mind for a good long while...
The teamup of Japan's two most popular kaiju; Godzilla & Gamera!
The two titans, Earth Protection military; G-Force and a few other guest kaiju must team up to stop a new monstrous force plus a swarm of Gyaos!
(Takes place in the Heisei era).
Guest cast: Rodan/Fire Rodan (new one); Mothra; Battra; Mechagodzilla and Obsidius (from the video game)
(All characters owned by their respected parties).
Ahhh, the theme of the king
Awh, gee, I love - well, heh, loved - writing! I'm taking a little bit of a break, right now, but I've got loads of ideas I'm just itching to share when they're finished. Because I'm stupidly paranoid about people copying my ideas (although, let's face it, I doubt they will!), I'll just share the main one that I'm working on. It's not much of a secret, so... Y'know.
I'm going to take a little bit of a liberty, here - If anyone wants to see my work, I write stories about The Walking Dead Game and upload them to my Fanfiction profile. That's where I share all my ideas, really, as if I'm writing it's to upload to the interweb for all you lovely folk \o/
So, without further ado, here's the main idea I've been writing, that isn't currently uploaded anywhere.
A Long Walk Home
Summary - Ten years ago, Clementine left Lee to turn in Savannah. Ten years of brutality, anarchy and unspeakable horrors. At nineteen, Clementine is returning to Savannah. To help her friend one last time.
Characters - Luke & Clementine
Genre - Friendship/Hurt/Comfort
“The loneliness is when you pick up and move, even if you are not originally from that place, and you have some memories that you want to embrace. Having a life in transit, I feel like you are always looking out the back window.”
This is going to be a rewrite of my first fanfiction, which I wrote back in August of last year as my first ever attempt at writing a narrative. The idea was of Clementine, ten years into the apocalypse, traveling with Luke back to Savannah to put Lee out of his misery, owing to the guilt gnawing at her for leaving him to turn back at the end of season one. However, I really didn't like how the end product turned out, now that I look back on it.
So, uh, I've decided to rewrite it in its entirety - and I mean, almost none of the original is going to be in this "rewrite". It's kind of exciting to think about. I'm currently about 20,000 words in, and the second chapter isn't fully written yet. Ho boy, am I excited to share it! If anyone wants to see a tiny tease of my writing style, I've made a little view-only Google Doc of the opening, which can be viewed here.
The full story is going to be out August 2nd of this year, as an anniversary kind of thing from the release of the last one. Any feedback is appreciated. Figured I'd share my little side hobby, as I'm still trying to get the hang of this whole writing lark. This is a really cool thread, and I'm curious to see other people's ideas.
Another one that I have not planned to give up on to create. Anybody remember Mortal Kombat Conquest? Saw it back in the day and BOY did I like it. The fight scenes, the music. Loved the trio of leads. Then, the cancellation BOO! Thankfully, I have the series on DVD and it will live on in me forever!
Anyway, I'm planning on writing a second season to give it a proper close. FYI introducing new characters as far as Deadly Alliance.
First is the two part opening story. Then, after a few writings I will continue the series.
After the two parter, I will present Episode 1 of Walking Dead Season 3 (based on the ending I've chosen at the end of Season 2).
After the first episode of my Season 3, we return to another zombie apocalypse, this films sequel is uncertain so I'm writing my follow up to: Zombieland!
The title: Zombieland: The Fifth Survivor
As the title says, a fifth character (OC), joins Tallahassee, Columbus, Wichita and Little Rock. The OC's name is Muncie (as in Muncie, Indiana), I've written a bio on him. He requests the aid of the main four to help him with a quest, but there is something much more dangerous than zombies that's going to really challenge them: man!
(Zombieland and all Zombieland characters are owned by their respected parties)
It doesn't sound shitty. It's a fantastic premise. The best stories are the ones with some far-fetched idea that's taken realistically.
The variety behind story progression with the personifying of animals is endless. I'm guessing you've read animal farm, it has a similar idea.
Oh Man.
Oh Man.
I waited for this so long.
So basically
In this fictional middle ages norway inspired world, there's this princess who in in love with a peasant (sooo original i know but wait) but her father, the king, is like "I want some comercial connections and bullshit with this other kingdom and bullshit marry this dickshit" [insert dickshit asshole prince here] (to clarify, she's not the heir to the throne, that's her big bro but the asshole king wants her to marry the dickshit anyways).
The princess then pulls a wild rebel Merida and be like "IMA GUNNA MARRY TYE SKINNY SLAVE FUQ U DAD" and tries to run away with him
so the dickshit kills the boyfriend.
And princess Rebel Viking Merida is all broken so she runs away alone. The thing is, she finds herself in the middle of fucking nowhere and she's a princess she knows shit about wildlife and survival and shit and she's all crying cuz she thinks she's gonna die when a Knight in Shining Armor shows up to save her.
This Knight is a Dragon, and the dragon is actually a very polite dude and he is like "would mylady want to stay at my place to pass the night?" And the Mylady Viking Merida is like "FUCK YEAH IT'S A DRAGON" and goes with him.
Thing is, she really likes all the lava lake and living skeletons in the dragon's den and she be like "I like it here ima staying" and the dragon (who has a very low self steem because he has a tiny dick) just went with it. And years passed and with the time they become really good friends and the dragon brings her books and painting and the heads of his enemies as gifts. She starts dressing more masculine because dresses aren't exactly the most comfortable clothes for climbing towers and riding dragons and hunting monsters. And every a few years the dickshit prince comes back to kill the dragon but the dragon always burns his ass. And then the dragon and the Badass Viking Merida fall in love. And have a son together (hey its a fantasy story i can do this things. The Dragon has a very tiny dick i already said it! That's why he was single! Female dragons don't want tiny dicks!).
But the dickshit comes again and this time almost kills the dragon when cutting off one of his wings. He would have killed him if Badass Viking Merida hadn't showed up with a madafakin axe. Now the dragon is all weak and he decides to train Dragon Merida to take care le herself and the Boy. She becomes even more badass, but then the dickshit comes again with even more people and finnally kills the dragon. And the son. And Dragon Merida is so goddamn pissed. She can't kill him, so she runs away swearing revenge and stuff. Years pass, and she becomes one of the greatest bounty hunters in the kingdom, and one day this weird old man has a job for her: bring him the witch this other kingdom has as a slave to control the citizens. And she's like "fuck yeah money". But for some reason the dude wants her to work with these three amateurs, a prostitute expert in poisons and alchimia, a revolutionarian thief and a 15 years old transgender warlock (yeah it's important that he's transgender. male witches don't exist so he always has the surprise factor with him and peopke be like a male witch da fuq is dis? Your fucking doom bitches)
Also, this kingdom is the dickshit's home.
Thats all for now. It needs a lot of work yet.
